I always end up at Joeys when I'm in Houston so I can't believe I never wrote a review?! The aesthetics are on point, of course! Complimentary champagne when you arrive, I mean! I deleted all the pictures off of my phone but everything I've tried here has been good! Old faithful is the steak and truffle ravioli, you can't go wrong! The drinks are really good here too! The hummus is 10/10 and the lettuce wraps too! I've had the sushi before as well and I'm pretty sure I remember liking it. I also love that they take big parties and the servers never have any issues with breaking down checks. Great place!

I visited Joey Uptown as an out of towner from NY and the restaurant definitely surpassed my expectations. I came on a date this night but have also gone before to celebrate a close Friend's bday. The setting is definitely good for both. I was a little late (about an hour, don't judge me!) and they were more than accommodating to change the reservation time. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Food came out in good timing and was still semi-hot when it got to the table. I got the Steak and Ravioli Bianco and it was sooo good. The steak was seasoned to perfection, the sauce was so tasty and just enough to give the steak, shrimp and ravioli some love. The presentation was also perfect! My mouth is watering just looking at it! If you're a native that hasn't been here yet or you're visiting Houston , definitely add this to your list of places to go!

This place was really good. Normally, I never ever eat pasta. But the ravioli with shrimp in a lemony light sauce was fantastic. Wow. My friend had it as well but with sliced steak. It's a specialty according to our waiter Juan Worth every calorie Juan was an exceptional server. Uber attentive and made excellent recommendations truly a reason why I will dine there again when I return to a Houston

This has become my go to restaurant in Houston. The food is always delicious and the service is always top notch. I discovered the steak Bianco ravioli and I am obsessed. The tuna salad is literally something I dream of. This place is such a vibe too, cool music and just well operated.

This was my first time coming here. Came here to have lunch with my sister and cousin. When we walked in the gave us complimentary champs before walking us to our table. The ambiance was very nice and quiet. Restaurant was very clean and had a modern aesthetic. Our waiter's name was Will and was very nice and accommodating. He gave us some drink and appetizer recommendations. He got their take on the French 75 and ordered the cauliflower wings and the truffle fries. They both came out hot and were really good. I had the filet for my entree. Will I domes me the fired loaded potatoes looked like eggs rolls. I was definitely intrigued and they were delicious. Our experience from the time we walked in to the time we walked lit was top tier. I would recommend this for a date night, brunch, or GNO. I hate there's not one close to me, but I can't wait to come back.

The parking was a little confusing as it is located in the basement unless you valet. Inside the restaurant, they offer you a glass of champagne, for free. It is an upscale ambience with dimly lit lights. The steak was cooked, perfectly medium rare. A couple of the slices had tough and chewy parts to it, but overall it was a pretty good cut of steak. The salmon sushi was rectangular shaped, which was not what I was expecting but it was still very fresh. It was not overly spicy either. I also recommend the crème brûlée cheesecake because it doesn't taste super dry like some cheesecakes can taste like.

Me and my GF came here late at night for some dessert. We tried the Buttercake and The Apple Pie Buttercake was mediocre, nothing special, still a decent cake. 6.5/10 The Apple Pie was great! Love the effort. Tasted fresh and homemade. 8.8/10 Great service! Lovely interior, pick better music! Better jazz! Fit the atmosphere. Great experience with my Lover. The food was great. Wish the crabcakes didn't have a lot of fillers. The ambiance is great. The atmosphere was lovely. A great date night location.
